Pierre Masse, passionate about real estate and an experienced entrepreneur, kept advising his brother Robert, a serial entrepreneur in FinTech, to invest part of his portfolio in property.

A visionary and hands-on leader, he brought to life iconic concepts such as Les Folies Bourgeoises, Le Waff, and Le Loft Brussels before focusing his energy on Higgins.
Trained in law at ULB and in management at ICHEC, Pierre brings to Higgins a vision that is both human and pragmatic, transforming simple properties into genuine, sustainable opportunities.
